Coming from an Italian family my Grandparents were extremely religious. Growing up me and my brother were Christened, took Holy Communion and Confirmation. We attended mass and primary and secondary school were both catholic institutes. Although we weren't forced the decision to be catholic was taken by my parents at a time when we were too young to make a choice. This project looks at my relationship with religion as I grew up, as it becomes more my choice, perhaps becoming blurred in the process. Photographs are taken on Medium Format.
